Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network Insurance

I am now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network insurance. Any associated co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance payments are due at time of session.

Cash Pay or Out of Network

If you are out of network or wish to not use your insurance, I charge $140 per hour session. I accept payment via debit or credit card, HSA, or FSA card. Payment is due at the time of session. 

Out of Network Reimbursement 

It is possible to receive reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network coverage. Out-of-network benefits can be found by calling your insurance company (the number on the back of your insurance card). I charge the full $140 fee out of pocket at the time of the appointment, provide a detailed receipt called a “superbill,” and your insurance reimburses you directly after you submit the superbill.

Depending on the specific insurance policy, some policies do not offer any out-of-network benefits, while others offer nearly full coverage for out of network counseling sessions. I can provide guidance on how to inquire about out-of-network benefits.
